The Challenge

A DTC brand selling across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and their own wholesale portal was drowning in manual work. Orders were processed by hand, inventory was synced via spreadsheets updated twice daily, and customer service reps were copy-pasting tracking numbers into 3 different systems. Overselling was a weekly crisis.

We built a centralized automation layer connecting all 5 sales channels into one real-time system.

Real-Time Inventory Sync with N8N

Built N8N workflows that listen for inventory changes across all platforms. When a sale happens on Amazon, inventory updates on Shopify, eBay, and Walmart within 30 seconds — eliminating overselling entirely.

Order Processing Pipeline in Zapier

Created a Zapier multi-step automation that captures orders from all channels, normalizes the data, creates fulfillment tickets in their warehouse system, and sends branded order confirmations to customers — all automatically.

Customer Data Unification with Supabase

Deployed a Supabase database as the central customer data hub. Every order, return, and support interaction is linked to a single customer profile — giving the team a complete view across all platforms.

Automated Reporting with Python

Wrote Python scripts that pull daily sales, inventory, and margin data from all channels and generate a morning Slack report with KPIs, low-stock alerts, and revenue breakdown by platform.
