The Challenge

A SaaS company's marketing team of 3 was publishing one blog post per week and manually reformatting it for LinkedIn, Twitter, email newsletters, YouTube scripts, and Instagram carousels. Each piece took 2-3 hours to repurpose. They were spending more time on reformatting than on strategy. Their competitors were outpacing them 5-to-1 on content volume.

Our Solution

We built an automated content repurposing engine that transforms one piece of content into 12 platform-optimized assets.

Content Ingestion via N8N

When a blog post is published in their CMS (Webflow), an N8N webhook captures the content, metadata, and images. The workflow splits the content into logical sections for different platforms.

AI Repurposing with LangChain + GPT-4

A LangChain pipeline processes each content section with platform-specific prompts — turning key points into Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, email copy, YouTube scripts, carousel text, and newsletter snippets. Each output matches the brand's voice guide stored in the system.

Asset Assembly with Python

Python scripts generate carousel images using templates, format email HTML, and compile YouTube script documents. Everything is organized in a Notion content calendar with status tracking.

Scheduled Distribution via Zapier

Zapier workflows schedule each asset to the right platform at optimal posting times — Buffer for social, ConvertKit for email, and a Slack review channel where the team can approve or edit before anything goes live.
